Greeted by a friendly, smiling reception team. Once in with the dentist, he was very thorough, offered lots of reassurance and advice and the dental nurse was also lovely. When I had finished my appointment I went to reception and as I was waiting I witnessed one of your reception team guiding two elderly ladies down the steps outside and making sure they got into their taxi safely which was lovely to see. 12 out of 10 from me. What a team of superstars

It’s a pity that I have to wait for three months for root canal surgery but one can understand re my dental practioners workload. I am quite happy to come in for this surgery if a cancellation comes available in the meantime

Explained the treatment options
Lovely greeting upon arrival, had to fill out the medical questionnaire again, not a problem. Was something to do while waiting for the dentist. Dentist very friendly and explained the treatment options and best approach to deal with.

The surgery is a very calming place. My dentist is lovely and we have a little chat before the examination, which also adds to the calming atmosphere. My teeth, gums and surrounding area are checked very thoroughly, which is reassuring. If I have any questions they are answered fully with understandable explanations. I, fortunately, have never been afraid of visiting the dentist.
