Very good
My experience
I had an appointment with the dentist today at 11.45am and then the hygienist at noon. It was nearly 12pm when I saw James. I then went downstairs and waited till 12.25pm before I saw Charlotte. Not ideal as I was meant to be meeting my dad at 12.15pm!

Today myself, husband and 2 children had our first check up at Hyslop Dentist and from stepping through the door the staff were amazing and so friendly. We would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Exellent Dentist! Rhys has looked after our family’s teeth since the children were babies and I must be the only person with kids that look forward to a trip to the dentist - he’s so good with them! Always a first class service from the whole Hyslop team.

Beautiful premises. Staff all very helpful and welcoming. Professional atmosphere. Clearly fully fitted out with high tech equipment (although i wouldn't know!!). As someone with crippling anxiety when it comes to dental treatment, i found my dentist to be non judgemental and easy to talk to.

My experience
I arrived at my appointment a week or so ago to be told it had been cancelled. I was informed a text had been sent but clearly showed that one hadn’t and was then told it was pending and hadn’t been sent. That was quite annoying.
My appointment today - It was nice to get it on time. Lucy the Dentist and her team were very attentive and performed a swift examination of my teeth.
I was disappointed to learn that the surgery no longer takes cash - I haven’t been told of this and it was very lucky I had other means to pay with me.

My experience
As a fee paying client, I was not happy with today’s appointment. I arrived early to find someone who arrived later than myself, was seen before me and my appointment ended up going in ten minutes after my original appointment time.
The hygienist was really good, but I am afraid her assistant could do with a course in. Customer care, I found her somewhat abrupt
