My appointments at Hyslop Dental are always excellent, from the friendly reception staff to my dentist, Dr Rhys Ward and the dental assistants. Everything is explained clearly and the clinic is clean and comfortable.

A very pleasant experience. Although there was a slight delay due to an emergency, I was kept informed. Consultation was excellent as always. Great to see the hygienist straight afterwards. I'm really glad I switched to this practice!

First class
During my last visit to the practice towards the end of 2024, I had a friendly & interesting conversation with 2 fellow patients ( 1 Male, 1 Female) inside the waiting room. They were both waiting to see ‘ Rhys’ who ( pardon my ignorance) I had never heard of. I was under the impression that there were only 2 Dentists who worked within the practice. Both patients recommended Rhys so highly & gave me such glowing reports about him. I found it irresistible to not try & become another of his patients. This was quickly & smoothly arranged with the reception staff. Today (12/6/25) was my first appointment with Rhys & he was first class throughout. Pleasant, Polite, Professional, Complimentary, Reassuring, Perfection Personified. Keep up the good work, Rhys, you are a credit both to the Practice as well as yourself.
