As usual Dr Dixon's professionalism was beyond reproach as was that of the practice staff, however I would like to address an area of concern with respect to the recently commissioned private patient facility, whilst the liberal application of white paint is appropriate, the lack of any wall decoration, particularly acoustic panels to control the severe echo that results from either verbal communication or the use of equipment is emotionally intimidating, as you will appreciate the word " dentist" is not synonymous with pleasure so any effort on your behalf to reduce stress levels would be appreciated. Excellent as always.....Just disappointed no disabled access for fellow patients. At least a bell installed at bottom of front steps to alert reception for assistance, would temporarily ease situation for those with mobility problems, many thanks.
