I had lost my two upper front teeth due to periodontal disease and had been told by my NHS dentist that there was no chance of having implants due to bone loss and that I would have to reconcile myself to having dentures.
I consulted James in the forlorn hope that he might be able to do something. He was totally positive about the situation and said that the bone could be reconstructed and implants fitted.
He and his staff were kind, understanding and helpful throughout and several appointments later I have just come home with lovely new front teeth. I couldn't be more pleased with the result which I hadn't thought would be possible. I would unhesitatingly recommend the practice.

Mr James Hyslop was very efficient and pleasant . He explained everything before he carried out the procedure. During the procedure he asks if you’re ok. His calming nature is very comforting. He was quick and at the same time not rough . I highly recommend him. If you want the best for your teeth … you need to see James

I have recently completed the process of full dental implants over the last eight months with James and his team. My wife and I were made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole process and kept up to date with all relevant details. It seemed quite daunting to begin with but would recommend using Hyslop’s if you are contemplating having implants. Cannot thank James and the practice enough as the end result is truly amazing, most natural looking teeth you could ever have.

I have had dental implants as my four lower front teeth were loose and needed removing. I talked things through with James Hyslop who explained everything in detail including all costs. I have to say the clinic is outstanding in not only decor but in its state of the art equipment. All the staff are really professional and always have a smile of greeting. It became clear that James was a specialist in his field and when the process was finished and I was handed a mirror my reaction was WOW!

Having successfully completed my dental impact treatment I can absolutely recommend Hyslop Dental and Implant Clinic in Southport. At the initial consultation the dental surgery was thoroughly explained and a comprehensive booklet given providing sufficient information to make an informed decision. I have just finished treatment at the Hyslop Dental Clinic. I had a few fillings, three crowns and two implants. I can honestly say that this is the best dentist I have ever been to. All of the staff are lovely and very very helpful. James was brilliant with me and I ended up with some fantastic teeth. I said on the original questionnaire that I wanted nice teeth and that’s exactly what I got. Delighted!
