Everyone was great, so welcoming
The whole team at St Peter’s Lodge were so welcoming to me and my 2 year old daughter. Everyone was great at helping her to feel relaxed in the unfamiliar setting and the advice was so helpful.

Very helpful - after initial check up - dentist spotted lesion on my mothers tongue and sent us to Welwyn Hospital to get a second Check - the hospital are now referring her for a scan. St Peter’s lodge followed up with phone calls to check she has been seen.

Kind and caring attitude
Prompt service when an issue arises. I personally, don't suffer from dental anxiety but, for those who do, I'm sure their kind and caring attitude will put anyone's mind at rest during treatment!

Top professionals
Has been over 3 years since I had a dental appointment. All staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. When asking questions to the dentist he made me feel at ease and answered with options, guidance and no pressure to make a decision unless necessary (I needed to see a hygienist). Also was very professional when asking questions regarding my health and medical needs.
The surgery is clean and very calming. Top professionals, more than happy to come back again and not worry so much about the next appointment.

On to a good thing
I have been using this dental practice since the early 1960s so they must be doing something right. Appointment times are kept by the practice. Always a welcome and a smile from the receptionist. Be it the hygienist or dentist, treatment has always started within a few minutes of the appointment time. Each stage of treatment is always explained. I guess I will keep with this practice.
