Calm, reassuring and confident
I am a new patient. When I arrived I was greeted efficiently by the receptionist ands asked to wait. The dentist greeted me in the waiting room and accompanied me upstairs to the consulting room and introduced himself as Hussein. We discussed my general health and dental history before having a thorough examination and X-rays. Hussein suggested visiting the hygienist and replacing some old fillings and we discussed the treatment in detail. He was keen that I asked any questions that I had. Having agreed the treatment plan Hussein accompanied me to the receptionist where I booked appointments for the work plan.
Although I wouldn't say that I enjoy going to the dentist, the atmosphere was calm, Hussein was reassuring and confident, and I was given every opportunity to discuss any concerns and ask questions. It was a better experience that I anticipated.

Tooth extraction
The surgeon I saw was extremely professional presenting me with a range of options for treatment. I was never put under any pressure to accept one course of treatment over another. She was very sensitive to any concerns I may have had regarding the extraction and the whole procedure was over very quickly and painlessly. Can't fault it!
