First appointment

As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years, I was anxious about going. But the environment is really warm and welcoming, the lounge reception area is great, the receptionist was really friendly. I was seen on time and the dentist was great at talking me through what she was looking for, what she’s found and what next steps are. The treatment room is welcoming with all the modern equipment, including a tv above you when your laying in the chair so you can watch that rather than just worry about what’s going on. Had a really positive experience and will certainly not be leaving it another 15 years before I return.

First of all everyone is really friendly, making it a more enjoyable experience overall. On each of my visits, I felt very informed all the way on the procedures and the options I had available. I'm very happy with how the treatment has been going so far, and I do plan to keep going there in the future!
