Painless

Why do I keep with this practice?

I have been with this practice for over 60 so why so long simply because it is good. Today I had a double appointment, a check-up with the dentist and a clean up with the hygienist. I arrived early and received a warm welcome at the door. The dentist called me within five minutes of my appointment time and showed me into his surgery. After confirming my health details he explained what he would be doing as a full check on the health of my teeth. After the check and an x-ray, he explained one point of concern. We discussed that and decided to leave well alone. I was seen by the hygienist and made welcome. As usual, we talked about my dental health and treatment started. This started by cleaning the little areas missed by my cleaning. When the cleaning was finished the teeth were polished and I made my next appointment for November. All staff at this practice are friendly and very professional, as always. The two appointments took about 45 minutes and as always quite painless, I have dental insurance.

St Peters Lodge Dental Practice

I recently had to have a tooth removed. Nishma was lovely! She explained everything beforehand and kept checking I was feeling ok. There were two dental nurses present, one gave me her hand to hold! I felt quite shaky afterwards but I was well looked after and not allowed to leave until I was able to drive home. All in all, a horrible experience made bearable! Thank you!

Good hygiene

Friendly service by all the staff including reception, dentist and hygienist; pretty well on time and no issues. Good hygiene as one would expect with plenty of hand sanitiser provided.

The Reception, Hygienist and Dentist always provide courteous service. The practice provides a very pleasant and welcoming environment with nothing too much trouble.
