Another good appointment

Another good appointment experience with one slight proviso. Great to have something to watch on the screen in the waiting room but all selling services! Then in the chair, videos of nature. Fish this time - not my thing but I appreciate that something neutral for everyone is required.

Root Canal treatment

Reception excellent and understanding of my concern that the cost of the proposed treatment had somehow increased from £650 to £725 (prices are from memory) resulted in an agreement to a £50 reduction.
The entire conduct of the dental treatment was relaxed, friendly, painless and extremely efficient. My thanks to all involved.
