Emergency repairs
From ringing to enquire about an appointment to the conclusion of treatment the whole process went smoothly and was concluded within 24 hours. I could not have wished for a better response; everyone from the telephone receptionist, through to follow up calls, welcome on the day and finally treatment by the dentist and dental nurse, they were all efficient, polite and welcoming. Well done.

Amazing Team and very professional and helpful. They work so hard during COVID to ensure patients are safe. The practice is very nice and clean. The manager for the practice is ever so friendly along with the reception team. Great asset to the business. Can’t wait for my next visit.

The blonde receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and Maureen was very friendly and talked me through the process of my having my teeth cleaned which put me at ease as I can be nervous.

Recent check-up and hygienist visit
Despite the difficulties imposed by the coronavirus pandemic this visit went very smoothly and I felt completely safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They cannot be completely at ease working in an environment where great care needs to be taken but they can be proud of what they are doing.

Amazing, very reassuring
As always, the staff are very pleasant and professional. Sharon and Kirit were amazing yesterday, very reassuring. The receptionist I spoke with this morning (not Sharon) was quite frankly rude and obstructive. I have emailed to discuss further.

They look after you well
When I moved to St Albans approx 8 years ago I needed urgent treatment. Where others didn’t help they bent backwards. Being going ever since, friendly, professional and put you at ease. They look after you well.
My young kids now go and it’s like an exciting adventure for them.
