The practice has a very friendly and welcoming feel. They always listen to your thoughts and requirements - then with your agreement, proceed accordingly. If you are a nervous patient (I'm not but my partner is) they will put you at your ease. Just returned for my first visit since lockdown, and I felt confident and secure with all the safety measures they have put in place.
