Very positive experience. Reception staff and nurse are friendly, helpful and efficient. I was (and always am) very impressed by quality of the work - I’ve had a bridge and a crown fitted. I also appreciate being treated with patience and care, as I am very nervous.

Hygienist appointment
I have been attending this practice for many years. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The hygienists are all amazing and well trained. Having been a research volunteer at the Eastman dental hospital for many years, I have met a lot of dental surgeons and their staff. Good and bad. Hygienists are worth their weight in gold. I will not use anyone else besides Catherine unless she is unavailable. I have had the pleasure of knowing this lovely lady for many years. She is gentle and pays attention to any problems you may be having.
The rooms are extremely clean and relaxing , unlike a lot of practices.
I would strongly recommend anyone wanting a good experience to use this practice.

Kind, gentle but efficient
Catherine was, as always, kind, gentle but efficient. She chatted nicely as she got on with the work, she is a pleasure to spend time with. I feel secure with her because I know if an area is sensitive or painful she will stop immediately, and move delicately around it. But she always does an excellent thorough cleaning job, encourages me to continue at home, and praises me when she sees the results. I cannot fault her!

Visage Dental - St Albans
I completely trust Catherine and am always 100% pleased with her hygiene work. My appointment was running over 10 minutes late today which put me under some pressure re parking but on the whole appointments are usually on time. Catherine is always friendly and puts me at ease and remembers details about me as a person. She is extremely personable and professional.
