Having had a bad experience at my previous dentist I was very nervous.
But everyone at St Michael's dental care where very friendly and professional as soon as i walked in the front door and everyone is very happy to help.
Sally was very kind and gentle and explained everything she was going to do I think this was the first time I have been to the dentist and didn't have any pain.
We talked through what was going to happen and I didn't feel rushed.
I felt I was in good hands and could ask all the questions I needed but most importantly I was made to feel relaxed and reassured.
Sally and her team were very empathetic and patient towards me.

Just wanted to thank the practice and especially my dentist, Dr Sally Roberts, for their friendly and fabulous service. Over the first and main lockdown I always received friendly and proactive advice and as soon as they could I had treatment. I am so relieved to find a dentist who is sympathetic to my concerns about the use of drills and needles, which were needed this time. They must get bored with hearing it.
One thing I like is that I have never felt rushed or unimportant. Thank you for that, and see you in six months!

I am new to the Maidstone area and so pleased to have found such an excellent caring practice on my doorstep. Every Covid precaution in place. I felt very safe.
Eman is such a pleasant dentist. I was so impressed by his gentleness. He gave me some really good tips on dental care. Probably the best dentist I have ever had. I found Eman very professional as was Annabelle the hygienist. Everyone is so nice at this surgery including the receptionist. I am definitely going back.

I haven't been to a dentist for many years and have always been terrified of going after previous unpleasant experiences.
I needed to go as I'd broken a tooth and they were amazing. They completely put me at ease, explained everything and gave me lots of options as well as being very reassuring and understanding my anxiety.
They are completely COVID aware and have put every measure in place to protect you and them.
Excellent practice and excellent staff. Thank you!

A really great Dental Practice - worth 6 Stars!
I had a "clean" from Hygenist Annabelle.
It was the very BEST I've ever recieved in over 50 years of visiting this establishment.
Not only was Annabelle extremely thorough, it was one of the most painless treatments I've had; and that's not just me. My partner had an appointment too and she said the same.

The prices are very good, and the care is exceptional. Although I have to say that for the level of care they offer, the prices are perhaps too low!

Fantastic dentist! I hadn't been for 9 years and was very nervous. I had my checkup which includes X-Rays which was really good considering my position, then arranged to see the hygeinist which was just as good, in and out in half an hour. Definitely going back here.

My son had broken and chipped his two front teeth playing football. After seeing Sally they now look as good as new. You would never know they had been broken the work carried out was amazing. They look great!

Simply the best dentist by far! A huge thank you to Sally and her wonderful team for the amazing transformation of my smile! I have gone from completely avoiding the dentist for years to looking forward to each appointment! Having just completed 12 months of treatment I look back and cannot thank you all enough for your skills, professionalism and kindness. My treatment started off with a total clean using the Airflow polisher which was like a jet wash of my teeth. The next step being the Inman Aligner - which is amazing piece of equipment used to straighten my teeth. I know I moaned about it when I struggled to speak properly, but looking back that was a very small sacrifice to pay when I look in the mirror now! In summary I really couldn’t recommend you highly enough and don’t think you will ever know how grateful I am and how much it has changed my life. See you all soon for my next check up. Claire x

From a lovely receptionist to the Dentist and her supporter😊. I was out options, NHS dentist was giving me a month away appointment. I tried to explain that it’s toothache which is painful each second. It’s not that I want to clean my teeth but hey....😒
Then I went to St Michael,they informed you what are they doing now. Playing music for you to distracting you from pain. Giving you advices after extraction. I nearly asked removed all my teeth, just to get that treatment lol. Thank you so much.

I've been going to St Michael's frequently for the last 7 months or so for some cosmetic work. Sally and the team have been great and I plan to stick with St Michael's as my regular dental practice from now on. They use a device here called the Inman Aligner which can straighten front teeth out relatively quickly and inexpensively compared to traditional train track braces so would highly recommend those. Thanks again girls!
