I had a very good experience at the dentist today. I felt that the dentist listened carefully to my concerns & then proceeded to follow up on them. He explained everything really well, it made me feel reassured & confident that I was getting the right treatment.

Excellent service always, especially in an emergency. Friendly & welcoming receptionists. Lovely Dentist Sarita who makes you feel calm & relaxed. She is very gentle is & a very knowledgeable & expert Dentist.
First class Hygienist at the Practice too. My Wife & I wouldn’t go anywhere else & highly recommend. They are a great Team.

In the past, I’m sorry to say that some of the appointments with different hygienists haven’t been great.
What a change though.
The whole experience today was carried out by caring and professional staff; (especially the actual hygienist) who listened and gave advice to any issues.

My treatment was for 2 x fillings, the procedure was discussed with me so there were no surprises. From the beginning to the end it was a reasonably pleasant experience and most importantly with no pain. Dr Matthias along with his assistant Chloe were great and a credit to the practice. This is the place to go for any dental problems.

I have been a patient at this Medical Practice for many years and have always experienced excellent treatment. My visit today was no different. A warm welcome on arrival, my dentist, Dr Lavasani, was equally welcoming and very thorough, explaining X-rays and details of future treatments. Options were fully explained and I felt in control of any decision(s) to be made. The hygienist, Surya Anil, was delightful. Again, extremely thorough and caring. More than satisfied with everything about this Practice.
