All staff at the Arduthie practice are just lovely. I am quite a nervous patient, but Kenny is really good and patient, he’s earned my trust (which is not easy)

Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Always feel at ease when I visit, with everything explained thoroughly during the appointment and next steps discussed. Very patient with any of my questions and appreciate taking the time to show and explain X-rays etc.

I felt safe and supported
What an amazing experience! As a very nervous patient, Dr. Jones put me completely at ease. Everything had been talked through in advance but I just wanted to get started before I had the chance to back out! The epitome of professionalism, I felt safe and supported from start to finish, by everyone at the practice. For a procedure about which I felt incredibly worried, it all went smoothly. I am most grateful for the care and compassion I received.

Very efficient from the time your appointment is booked. Receptionist and Dentists are all very friendly and informative. Appointments are always on time and I am very happy with the service they provide.

Absolute 5* service. From the moment you walk into the reception, you are greeted by friendly, warm staff. Hugo was amazing with calming my anxiety and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything that was going to happen and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy to continue the treatment. Gemma at reception was helpful and friendly and an absolute credit to the practice.

Treated with courtesy, respect
Every single time I have attended appointments at Arduthie Dental Practice, I have been treated with courtesy, respect, understanding and compassion. The premises are spotlessly clean and the dentist, dental nurses and receptionist are so professional, pleasant and welcoming that it makes attending the dentist (something that causes me anxiety due to trauma in childhood) so so much easier! I rate this dental practice 100%!
