I was well taken care of
Seamless, comfortable. Had tooth pain which ended up needing canal treatment, I was well taken care of from start to finish. Hugo was excellent.
One thing I would suggest would be to let people know the price of treatment (even an estimate) before treatment. I was happy to pay, it costs what it costs, but it was a surprise when I got to reception and told how much.

We are glad that you were happy with your treatment. Normally we provide an estimate via email if there is more that one visit but if your treatment is carried out at your diagnosis appointment the estimate would normally be given verbally. I am sorry if this was overlooked on this occasion but this will be discussed on Thursday at our dentists meeting. Thanks for your comments. It will only improve what we do.
