Friendly, professional and sensitive
As a former incredibly nervous dentist visitor, I have to say, Hugo is incredible. I no longer dread my dental appointments, which makes bringing my daughters to our family appointments so much easier. I was really concerned about them noticing my apprehension and me passing it on to them, which was something I spoke with Hugo about years ago, before our first appointment. Now that apprehension has all but disappeared, and I’m pleased to say, neither of my daughters have ever experienced it. I’m 100% sure that this is down to Hugo’s friendly, professional and sensitive manner, along with the welcoming feel that the practice has. The reception staff are great too. We all feel that we are in good hands, and cannot thank you enough.
