Always puts me at ease

Politeness of receptionist. I was taken through to my appointment on time, the dentist Graham was polite and friendly which always puts me at ease as I am petrified of the dentist after a bad experience as a child.

Amazing with my son

Hugo was amazing with my son. I spoke to him beforehand about him being a bit unsure after losing baby teeth etc. Hugo spoke to him well, used his Kermit frog teddy to pretend to check his teeth and made it a fun visit for my 5 year old son.
I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone with children who needs a dentist!
