Very pleasant and thorough

Welcoming, seen on time. Hygienist was very pleasant and thorough, and explained clearly what I had to do with tepee brushes. Dentist is very good, too.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door right the way to the end of my session. Very informative and excellent communication throughout the process.

Hygienist

My hygienist Shahzad gave me a thorough and deep scale/polish, removing stains which previous hygienists were not able to get out. His dental nurse Georgia was also very helpful and welcoming.

You really seem to care about your patients

On behalf of my mum who has required home visits in order to have new dentures recently, I would like to thank Matthew and the team. You could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Mum is recovering from a lengthy hospital stay last year and after a difficult time for our family, it is nice to see her get back to her old self. You helped a great deal with this as you really seem to care about your patients. Mum is very pleased with her new teeth. Thank you.
