Emergency appointment

Called late afternoon as required an emergency appointment, offered next day appointment and seen on time. Excellent service from reception staff, Dentist and dental nurse. Great team.

Hygienist appointment

I normally avoid hygienist appointments as I have very sensitive teeth. The hygienist was very understanding of this and made me feel at ease.

Looking forward to my second visit

This was my first appointment at Stourcote. Despite being an anxious patient, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome by J and A in reception. Dr M and C were just lovely during the consultation and really put me at ease. They discussed all options available to me in a positive, and reassuring manner. A cheery goodbye from E, who I will be seeing next time, meant I left looking forward to my second visit. Thank you all.
