Excellent care by Dr Meenakshi

Stourcote Dental Surgery on the whole has been a wonderful experience for me so far. I've been to a few dental surgeries within Birmingham, and have had a horrible experience. The staff here at Stourcote are friendly and understanding when it comes to finding appointments, making adjustments etc. Dr Meenakshi is my dentist at the practice - she is very professional, empathetic and ensures patients understand every single step of procedure she carries out. Mine was a tricky case, where I suffered with severe sensitivity for 6 months and no previous dentist got to the bottom of the problem despite spending lots of money. However, Dr Meenakshi took 2 appointments to completely get rid of the sensitivity for me. It was complex but none the less she handled it with so much care and couldnt thank her more! She is also very flexible with availability for appointments!
So even though Stourcote is 40 mins from where I live, I dont mind the commute as I know I'll receive the best care when I'm there.
