Appointments were on time

Reception staff are always very pleasant. Appointments were on time. The hygienist we saw was very nice and did a thorough job and Maria was her usual professional happy self.

All members of staff friendly and helpful

All members of staff friendly and helpful. Was happy with new (to me) hygienist, Emma. I am a much less anxious patient with Dr Payne than with any previous dentist!

Exam and Hygiene

The Hygienist appointment was fine but the dentist seemed more concerned about selling additional services over and above the Denplan Premier services to which I currently subscribe. I did not feel the check up measured up to that which I have received in years gone by.
