Treatment appointment
The practice has declined in the last year there seems to be no communication or patient inclusion. I have had poor service from both dentists that I have seen. I am seriously considering changing to a more welcoming and accommodating practice.

My dentist, Maria, is absolutely excellent
All the staff at Stourcote have always been very friendly and professional. My dentist, Maria, is absolutely excellent! She had done a first class job whilst allying my fears and building trust between us. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Standard of treatment is exceptionally high
Really like coming to the practice. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The text reminders are absolutely invaluable for me as I have 4 sons registered so have lots of appointments to keep track of. Thanks Ann! Even more importantly, the standard of dental work and treatment is exceptionally high. Always good explanations from Maria, Mariana and Alison Grove. Thanks everyone!

Examination appointment
The practice has changed considerably since Mr Dale left and not always for the better. Whilst computerising the system is much better I feel more emphasis is placed on pushing alternative dentistry not included in Denplan. Mr Dale was my dentist for 25 years and I trusted his diagnosis and treatment completely, obviously it takes time for that trust to build with a new dentist.
