Checkup and Hygienist Appointment

I have always found that the practicing Dentists have very good standards and other staff including the Receptionists are always helpful and professional. I travel a reasonable distance for my dental care and hope to continue doing so for as long as I am able to drive there. This is an opportunity to say Thank you to all.

Dentist was running late and I explained I had another appointment afterwards so they shuffled me in to see the hygienist first which was good as I made my next appointment on time. Good care.

This was an incredibly thorough check with clear, appropriate advice given. The process was gentle and yet careful with excellent support from the dental nurse who operated the suction process really effectively.
The hygenist was professional, noting changes in health and medication whilst giving the impression that she valued me as a patient., taking care to position me comfortably with reference to my fractured spine.

What an amazing experience

What an amazing experience - Dr Payne and his assistant were incredible. For the first time I felt at ease, talked through everything, very reassuring, helpful and supportive.
