Very nervous all day but Daniel put me at ease, didn't even realise tooth had been extracted, didn't feel a thing, all over in 10 minutes. Do feel that a s member of Denplan since its inception and paying £36 per month, cost should be covered. Records show one of the longest patients at Stourcote, probably dentist still at school or even not born,!!.

Appointment was only a few minutes late, magazines kept me occupied. Waiting room was very clean, tidy and pleasant. Reception staff were friendly and polite.Dentist greeted me at top of stairs. She took time to put me at ease before explaining the different procedures she was about to do.. it was over very quick, For someone who dreads going to the dentist this was a pleasant visit.

Received a wonderful service
Received a wonderful service. Was made to feel completely at ease. The pain from the abscess was excruciating and I was seen very quickly. Mr Payne treated it effectively and quickly relieved my discomfort...many thanks to him and his staff!
