Fabulous with children
Garinder was fabulous with my three children offering advice and making the visit fun and engaging. The dental nurse was also so reassuring and kind. We were offered discounts on electric toothbrushes also and a care plan. Wish I would have had such a good experience when I was young as I wouldn’t be so terrified now!

Tooth extracted
My dentist Anil Hayre had recommended extraction of infected root on 2 previous occasions but I was nervous about having it done because on the last occasion some years ago the dentist of the day referred me to a dentist in Cradley Heath. However, I finally agreed and Anil proceeded. In fact, the removal was comfortable with no problems. I did not even feel the needle going into my gums. The procedure was conducted in a most professional manner, I felt completely at ease. Even the nurse assisting when Anil was cleaning my teeth used the suction tool very efficiently and again I felt completely at ease.

My 3 year olds first time visiting the dentist and I can’t rate or thank the practice enough! Gurinder and Asia made both me and my son feel at ease as I was nervous too! But the patience of them was amazing, and managed to get my son to show his teeth which shocked me as I thought he might put up a fight but he felt content and safe enough with both staff.

Fantastic service
Very lovely customer service. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The dentist reassured my 4 year old that everything was going to be okay and he took his time, as my daughter was frightened because it was her first ever denist appointment. All round 5 stars. I would highly recommend.

Excellent treatment by Dentist, but the Hygienist was a little too over exuberant with cleaning my teeth using a lot of toothpaste to polish - took me a while to rinse it all out. I did comment but there was no response.
