I called to register my children as NHS patients and the receptionist who's name I think was Bailey was super helpful. An easy process and appointments are now booked 😀

What a surprise
The staff are very friendly. Greeted with a smile.
Bailey happy to assist with any requests. Ordered toothbrushes for me which had arrived for my appointment today.
I was rather surprised though that my implant review previously advised it would only be 15 minute check up wasn’t included in the cost of the implant.
It did involve an xray & further photos resulting in a further charge of £108.

Visited today and we saw our new dentist Gurinder and dental nurse. Both were warm friendly and reassuring to my daughters, gave lots of helpful advice. Would highly recommend. Reception staff lovely and helpful too. I also had an app with Anit who was gentle and reassuring and helped me feel less nervous. Thankyou

Brilliant Dental Practice. Staff so friendly and great to have a permanent Orthodontist in place. Veronica is a breath of fresh air, to know she is invested and there each time we visit. Gemma is also fantastic so engaged with patients, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for all that you do for our son. Professional and caring
As a long-term patient at the practice, I have witnessed a lot of change over the years but the one constant is the professionalism and caring side of the practice. I and my family use Denplan and come twice a year for check-ups/hygienists and are looked after very well. Yesterday, on my regular check-up, a part of my filling had broken so I was back today to sort it. To say my anxiety was high was an understatement! But the dental nurse was amazing and with the wonderful dentist, they got me through it in a very subtle but successful way! Their patience was so appreciated! A huge thank you from me.

It was carefully explained to me the different options I had for the treatment after the dentist had tried to save the tooth. I was offered a root filling but at 81 years of age I did not feel I wanted to go through that. Everyone at the practice was very kind and helpful and I would like to thank everyone for taking such care.
