Very calm and reassuring
I have AUDHD and have quite a phobia of the dentist. For the first time in almost a decade, today I was seen by a dentist who knew how to deal with me, explained everything he was going to do before he did it, asked my permission to touch me and take a look and was very calm and reassuring. I do not like to be seen by male dentist for personal reasons, but booked an emergency appointment and forgot to state that. This had me extremely nervous to begin with when I realised. I didn’t feel like I was being judged because of how bad I believed my teeth to be and I felt comfortable explaining my problems with the dentist. Although I was anxious and nervous, this particular dentist had me completely reassured by the end of the appointment which has left me slightly less nervous to return for further work.

The dentist I saw was lovely
As a very nervous person I was put at ease with the receptionist. The dentist I saw was lovely. She put me at ease straight away. She was very kind and very patient with me. She explained everything that she was doing, and what I needed to have done on my next appointment. Thank you for your kindness towards me today.

A great appointment with Lee
I don’t usually leave feedback as I believe all services should be good as the default. However, I was so struck by the quality of what I was offered last Tuesday that I am moved to write this! The dentist I saw at 119 was new to me (Lee) and he was friendly and engaging from the start. I’m not a fan of having dental treatment but he immediately put me at ease and I ended up having three fillings without anaesthesia just because he gave me options and I felt so safe in his hands. Obviously this was better in the long run - no numb mouth and a lot quicker. The procedure was painless and my teeth actually look a lot better too. It really was a great experience and I hope he is there to stay.

Been with this dentist since a young child and they never disappoint, appointments are always in an appropriate timely manner, I dont recall ever having to wait long for my appointment they are pretty much always to schedule. Great dentists and advice everytime
