Best dentist I’ve every been with, they greet you on entering reception, so polite. Only waited about 2 mins to see the dentist, all done and out super fast. Very happy

I couldn’t recommend Grace enough. She is an incredible dentist and a person. She knows her job well and I’m always impressed how she remembers all the patients. Her team is also absolutely amazing.

Excellent dentist
I used to hate going to the dentist but now I’m with 119 I look forward to going. All the staff are so friendly and put you at ease. My dentist, Grace, is excellent. She explains everything, makes me feel comfortable and listens to any concerns. A very good practice, I highly recommend

Really friendly staff (almost)dentist and hygienist were very professional. Grace is the dentist. Reception staff some extremely friendly and one was not as she didnt communicate in delays but seemed perturbed when i asked about wait time. But opposite experience with another reception staff who was so friendly and communicated. Grace is really great dentist and during my hygiene appt my filling fell out. The hygienist was really good at getting dentist to rectify issue as soon as they could give me an appointment. So this is a good mark of a dental practice when things don't go to plan how they action things. Would recommend Grace and hygienist to anyone...

My experience
The service was good, what was unsatisfactory was the pricing and the lack of transparency around this. I came in for a hygienist appointment and was not informed that part of the treatment would be an additional charge, it was all performed without any indication that any services were additional. I only found out afterwards when I was obliged to pay. This is very misleading, greater transparency is needed, so customers know what service they are getting and how much they should expect to be charged.
