I had to cancel my Hygienist appointment because of the totally unacceptable increase. The staff at 119 are all amazing. I have been going for many years, and I feel extremely sorry that they are all having to fend off constant criticism of the ludicrous price increases

My recent hygienist appointment cost had risen to over £100 / without prior notification. I have had to amend the frequency of these visits from 4 a year to 2 as a result.
The actual appointment was also not detailed as my previous visit.

The hygienist was professional, nice and competent. The only thing I am concerned about Is the the significant increase in prices. I used to pay 87 pounds for half and hour hygienist apt and I have paid today 105 pounds.
