My teeth was broken (very old root canal) last week. The staff quickly find the way to book me an emergency appointment. I really appreciate that in this difficult moments. Thank you very much!.
Jonathan (dentist surgeon) explained to me everything very carefully before the extraction of my teeth and possible future treatments. He and the dentist nurse did all possible to make me feel comfortable in that difficult moments.

I have nothing but praise for the team at One One Nine who have been informative about the situation re appointments over Covid with regular communication. When I visited recently for an appointment they had very clear guidelines regarding social distancing and I felt safe whilst I was there. I am very pleased to be on their register. Thanks again.

Having been a 119 patient for a number of years I can say I have yet to have a bad experience there. Most recently an old bridge came loose and fell out of my mouth, and I was I was faced with the prospect of bleeding and a large gummy gap right at the front! Dentist Omar however, ably assisted by wonderful dental nurse Sharon, was able to quickly repair the affected gum area and arrange for a temporary denture to be constructed and fitted, all within 4 days! This was no mean feat, and facilitated as always by the excellent Alex and colleagues on the front desk.
All this was done with the minimum of fuss and drama, and the maximum of professionalism, and I cannot rate this practice highly enough.

I was very nervous about finding a new dentist in London. Sabreen was consulting me perfectly and did an amazing job. The receptionist team is super friendly and very well organised. This practice has made going to the dentist a lot less stressful for me. Highly recommended!

It has been a while since I visited a dentist, after moving house quite a few times and not having a settled area it was never a priority - until I cracked a tooth. I came across 119 because of their great reviews and I booked myself an appointment and they were nothing short of brilliant. Although sometimes it can be hard to tell if you really need what you are being told you do I felt at ease and being an anxious person, I felt my expectations and worries were handled really well and I was well informed and kept in the loop with everything along the way.

Excellent care!! I'm not usually a fan of going to the dentist, and therefore, shamefully, haven't been in years... But Dr. Sabreen Bedi at One One Nine makes you feel comfortable from the off. She discussed the problem areas of my teeth in a way I could understand; showed me the correct way to use my interdental brushes to their full effect; and cleaned my teeth after years of plaque build up - I expected this to me much more painful than it was! Dr. Bedi also discussed correct brushing technique - I'd previously not given this much thought but realise now there is indeed a right and wrong way! I'm extremely pleased with the care I received and will be keeping regular appointments from now on. Can't recommend highly enough!

I deemed the attending dentist to be proficient: in his interaction, warm and friendly without being invasive. His mannerism was professional yet sensitive, calming and caring.
More-so, the visible hygiene aseptic demonstrated, engaged my confidence to have him service my mouth-care; and therefore is highly recommended a appreciated.

I was very nervous at going to the dentist as I hadn't been in ten years! I immediately told the dentist I was nervous and he put me at ease straight away. He explained everything he was doing and told me what to expect. Luckily my teeth are in good condition so I only needed a scale and polish. Definitely recommend to people that are nervous about the dentist!!
