I didn’t really explain to II9 just how terrified of the Dentist I am. I’ve had some pretty horrific experiences! But I knew that following those bad experiences, there were 2 teeth that needed to come out as they had cracked beyond repair and were getting regularly infected. Given my trepidation friends recommended I visit 119. So, here I am having had 2 rear molars extracted and a crown fitted and I remain pain free with everything healing nicely. Ben, the Dentist was awesome, and has made me realise that maybe it’s not as bad as I’d thought! I’d like to thank Ben and the team at 119 for being super efficient, considerate and providing me with a pain free experience that has revived my faith in the Dental profession! Literally!

Can wholeheartedly recommend! After a life long fear of dentists, well 23 years, I had 2 fillings by a lovely dental surgeon/person/doctor(?) Witty, honest, calm surgeon - we'll go for surgeon - and very professional! Go here!

I highly recommend Dr. Alice Britto, very professional with her work, high quality and clean environment. She suggest me to have Invisalign treatment which wasn’t cheaper but it was well invested money. The treatment was faster than I thought. My results is brilhant, I am 100% happy with it. I am sending few friends to the clinic.

I wasn't sure how many stars to put for this - all of my experiences have been 5*, having seen Kam, Ben and Selene I have been nothing but impressed with the care and treatment I have received - including from the lovely reception staff. There was however one recent exception, where I saw Alice for an emergency dental treatment due to severe toothache. Clinically, she resolved my pain with treatment, so from that perspective I have no qualms - I was left with a very ulcerated mouth around the site which caused me a lot of pain for about a week, which may or may not be normal - I'm not sure. My main issue was that during the treatment I found her to be quite rude and insensitive (I was made to feel like I was causing a fuss over nothing), and she spoke with her assistant throughout my entire treatment in an Eastern European language which made my anxiety hit the roof, not knowing what was happening. I will continue to go to 119 because on the whole it's great, but I won't be having future appointments with Alice.

I came to 119 Family Dental on my husband’s recommendation and it’s the best thing I have done. Due to a traumatic experience as a child I have a complete fear of dentist so haven’t visited one for over a decade which has left my teeth in an awful state. I used to have a full blown panic attacks and was in tears as soon as I ve walked through the door. The team at 119 Dental not only have put me at complete ease but in the course of a year transformed my smile. Ben and Dorian are truly professional and caring, making you feel comfortable and safe every step of the way. I am always treated with respect and care.
I cannot recommend them more or thank them enough. They have given me back my smile and my confidence. I smile a lot more now.

I dread the dentist!!! But as soon as you arrive at the surgery you always get a warm welcome from the staff and the dentist made me feel relaxed. Have had 5 weeks of treatment and after the 1st visit which I was dreading the fear was gone.
Can't recommend this surgery enough.
Thank you to all at the surgery. Amazing team �

Dentist Ben and his assistant are brilliant the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My daughter and granddaughter are also registered there.

Quick, efficient and professional service. Everything was explained step by step by the hygienist who also took the time to answer all questions and give advice on the best way to care for my teeth. Would recommend this dental practice.

I cannot begin to go into details of how terrified I used to be of dentists. So much so I avoided check ups pretty much all my life. But Ben has completely revolutionised my oral care, he is extremely patient, caring, sensitive and attentive to my needs in such a special way that deserves lauding. The staff and other dentists are great aswell, extremely helpful. All in all, 119 is an excellent dentistry, has world class dentists and equipment.
