I’ve always been very nervous about going to the dentist, but my dentist completely put me at ease. He explained everything he was doing as he went along, which really helped calm my nerves, and his friendly chatting made the whole experience so much more relaxed. For the first time I didn’t feel overwhelmed in the chair — I can’t recommend him enough if you’re an anxious patient like me.

I was delighted
I thought I had an abscess on my tongue but, after close inspection, the charming female dentist, whose name I did not catch, identified the problem as a chip in a crown, creating a sharp point which scratched the tongue, causing a small ulcer. She polished away the point, so the ulcer should heal in time. The procedure took minutes, was entirely painless, and I was delighted.
