Made me feel very relaxed
Very pleasant ladies on the main desk (Beth and Lydia) gave a lovely welcome and continued to engage with me until I was called in to the appointment. The ladies in the consulting room were also lovely and made me feel very comfortable, they spoke me through everything they were doing and made me feel very relaxed. On leaving (Beth) made me an appointment to return in 6months time with a very pleasant goodbye and well wishes.
