Very friendly receptionist who was very helpful with her information about booking a dentist appointment check up. My appointment was with the hygienist who was very friendly and who gave good advice on looking after my teeth and what to do to help my gums and teeth as I have rheumatoid arthritis.

Very honest about the options
Had severe toothache, managed to get an appointment day after I first phoned and dentist was very honest about the options for the tooth and we efficiently decided on antibiotics for the infection with a referral to the hospital for an extraction due to the medication I am on.
Such a shame she is only a locum.

Tuesday 13th May was my dental appointment with Mr Arjun Patole, one of the private dentists at Apex. Mr Arjun gave me a few options going forward, he explained very clearly, and was a very nice person. The receptionists were really nice to us. I had a good experience, looking forward to my next appointment 20th May.

I'm not sure of the name of the young woman I saw but she was a brilliant dentist, kind caring and attentive…advising me during the procedure. I've become quite a nervous patient and I received 5-star treatment…oh that all dentists could follow her example! Also a pleasure to walk into such a caring and clean practice, full marks to the whole team!
