My experience
I was late going in with no apology, the dentist had a quick look before offering an xray for £20 before saying I needed an extraction costing £320 ! The practice seems to see patients as pound notes. I did not get any value from the experience but still was charged!

Lovely staff
I’ve always been a nervous patient but not any more. The reception staff are lovely and Ivo completely puts me at ease. The work he’s done on my teeth is fantastic and I’m really happy with the surgery.

Happy with the service provided and glad that the practice now has a Hygenist in house. Surprised at rates increasing now twice a year. There has been a significant rise in costs over the last 2 years - well above CPI!!

No one enjoys going to the dentist, however my recent visit to see Mr Vasilev went very well. He checked around my neck, jaw and glands, appeared thorough and explained everything he was doing. He took X-Rays and applied a fluoride treatment to help reduce / prevent decay. Unfortunately I need a few fillings and he is hoping to do this without giving me any injections, so I may need to add a further review once this has been done!
