Had my initial checkup today to discuss a treatment plan to get my teeth sorted out with Albertus, he was absolutely lovely and has a great sense of humour, gave me great advice on what we should do and how we should go about doing it.
100% recommend if you are at all nervous or uncomfortable at the dentist 👍
The receptionists were absolutely lovely aswell, nice professional experience but also relaxed enough to make you feel comfortable.
Fast forward, had my first hygienist appointment and she was lovely, super gentle and gave me breaks when needed ❤️ highly recommend

My experience
The briefest checkup I’ve ever known by a dentist that lacked any enthusiasm for the job. Two children who barely had their teeth looked at. Total waste of time attending the practice. Receptionist is lovely.

Very gentle and lovely
I needed a cap that had come off a tooth replaced. The receptionist was extremely helpful and I had an appointment that afternoon. The dentist couldn't replace it and said the tooth would have to come out because it was infected and that he could do it now, which is what he did. He was very gentle and lovely!!

Emergency appointment
Managed to be seen as an emergency after bridge came out, needed it to be re-cemented was seen within two days. Staff were very courteous, dentist very professional and polite.
