NHS dentist was very helpful when I asked questions about the various procedures. She suggested I see a
hygienist. I liked her; I wish she was staying.

My experience

I was very appreciative of the thorough examination and information given. However, I attended in the main expectation of having an infected root extracted, as outlined and planned during the previous visit. But today I was informed that there was not time for this to be done and a definitive appointment could not be made for this to be done in the future. I am therefore disappointed, and a bit worried as to how things are going to develop.

I am not an easy dental patient but I am always made welcome & treated very well here. I do think all dental treatment should be NHS funded but here we are, I’m on their monthly plan & happy with the care I’m getting. They’re a lovely bunch of people doing really well in very difficult times .
