Friendly and genuine
Saw me at short notice, as an NHS patient. Clearly explained the prognosis so I now know exactly where I am. Would have loved a much earlier follow-up appointment but understand why not possible given the current constraints of the NHS system. (More than happy to be available for any last minute cancellations)

Check-up reassurance
I was pleased that I didn’t have too long to wait for my impromptu appointment following the pain & sensitivity I was experiencing. I arrived at my appointment time and only had to wait for a couple of minutes. I felt very quickly at ease and Christine thoroughly checked out the ‘offending’ tooth, including an X-ray for complete reassurance. Thankfully, the results were completely clear so all good news.

I was a little disappointed to have to wait for 10 weeks to have the treatment that was identified at this check-up.
However it isn't urgent and I am sure if any problems arise while I am waiting I will be able to secure an earlier visit.

Emercency appointment
I lost a filling on Thursday night, not much of the tooth left and i thought I would lose it, but it has been saved. It is a permanent filling no messing about with a temporary filling that usually falls out . It was completely painless. The dentist and her nurse were so efficient and friendly. And the cost was much less than i expected. Also a word of praise for the receptionist also very friendly.
All round a very good experience and I would like to thank them all
