The staff are unbelievably friendly and very accommodating. The dentist I see there is capable and efficient and she was great at making my young son feel at ease during his appointments.

Polite, welcoming
How polite all the receptionists are, they make you feel welcome and for the Dentist and dental nurse again you are welcomed into the treatment room and nothing is too much trouble, it's always a joy to come to the Street dentist practice, and when you leave the all the receptionist are so polite which makes a visit too the dentist most welcome. Well done Apex in Street Somerset.

First check-up for several years (since lockdown).
Actual check-up was quicker than any I've had previously with less poking around but a couple of x-rays were taken and everything seemed OK.

The receptionist was challenged by a difficult member of the public who came in to make enquiries, she was skilled in how she managed the situation and the person eventually left.
I found the dentist extremely gentle and calm, it was a relaxing experience for me.
