Thank you. All went smoothly and efficiently with hygiene treatment considerately carried out, and the next year's schedule of appointments was arranged with confirmation emailed by Beth as promised. A number of emails and texts had been received to ensure I would not miss the appointment. I do find it mildly tedious to be asked to complete forms on line before every appointment much preferring the previous paper-based system where one could, on arrival, simply put one's signature to 'no change' - and I am irked by the assumption I have a smart phone (as so often these days receiving a text message with a link which would then have to be transcribed to my computer browser).

Links are sent out to enable all patients who wish to complete necessary forms prior to their appointments the ability to do so. If you do not wish to or are unable to use the link then all forms can be completed once you are at the practice. We are trying to reduce the amount of forms that we print to reduce our impact on the environment in any way we are able.
