I was pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the practice.
Having had a bad experience previously I can honestly say the check up was thorough and the (new) Dentist actually listened to me. Hopefully he will stay at Sturminster for a long time!

Arrived at the appointed time exactly as instructed but still had to wait a further 15minutes however, I was shown through to Michael who put me immediately at ease with his professional manner and humour. He was very much straight to the point with regards to what was required and explained the procedure I needed to follow to help me retain most if not all, of my teeth. He carried out a deep clean which immediately made me feel 100% better a gave me the confidence to pay more attention to my dental hygiene. Infact a 5 star rating was only marred by the initial wait.
I have noticed over the many years visiting this practice that it does appear to have a seemingly high turnover of staff, some good, some indifferent and some very attractive even, so I do hope that professionals like Michael can be retained.
Many thanks and am actually looking forward to my hygienist appointment and the progress I may make.

Amazing
I went in for a check up and advice on a broken tooth. The tooth was treated there and then.
On my way out I was making an appointment with the hygenist and she had a bit of free time so she treated me there and then. Everything done in one visit! Amazing. And I must add, done well with a smile.
