Recent experience

Service once inside was very good, however after knocking on the door once and waiting as advised on the door I was left outside for almost 30 minutes. Understandable if the waiting room was full or there were no staff available, but I was the only person there for the duration. So not only was my appointment 30 minutes behind schedule, I was left standing in the hallway to wait. Now restrictions have been lifted is it necessary to have the door locked.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions have not lifted for healthcare settings including dental practices. We are currently following standard operating procedures as set out by the Chief Dental Officer, and restrictions will remain in place.
