Recent experience
Hi - yes I had a good hygienist treatment, although I felt pressured to get into the chair when I wanted to explain to the hygienist the problems I am having with my teeth. Secondly the receptionist said she would email information regarding the monthly plan but have not received it as yet, even though she checked my email address. Whilst writing I would ask is it really necessary to keep the patients waiting outside the door? I was standing there for a good 5 minutes and it was almost my appointment time by the time I got into the reception. The reception is a big space and as there are probably not many patients booked in at the same time I cannot see the problem in allowing sensible adults to maintain a social distance. I would welcome your response to my feedback. Thank you.

My best experience so far
Had an appointment for a checkup with Awais. My best experience so far. He and the dental assistant were very nice people. Filling done within the same appointment and I got in on time.

Calm and respectful
Friendly staff throughout the surgery. Awais Ali was an absolute treat to be seen by, my children felt well cared for and confident in his care. I’m a nervous patient and he also used the same calm and respectful manner with me.

Surprisingly enjoyable
This practice has a perfect receptionist, efficient, friendly, helpful, attentive. Please hang on to her for all you are worth, as a receptionist can so easily make or mar a dentist appointment. Everything else was clean, tidy and COVID-19 safe.
