Dentist and dental nurse were lovely. Receptionist very friendly but the hour long delay to our appointment was really disappointing! If we had been warned we would have come into the waiting room much later. Keeping 2 children entertained with nothing to entertain them (covid regs means no magazines / toys etc) isn't easy!!

Check up
In February I had a check up with a locum dentist who immediately advised I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and to protect the neighboring tooth from decay. He said this could be done now. I refused and felt this was wrong as I had no tooth discomfort at all. This wasn't supported by an up to date X ray either and had never been flagged up by Gabriel as a potential problem for the future. There was a degree of aggression as a result of my refusal . It became obvious this was a target achieving exercise. Fortunately I re-booked for a second opinion with Michael one month later on (15/3/21) who advised after new x rays that all was OK. This was very reassuring and Michael put me at ease.
Beware of locum dentist agendas!
