Had a white filling on Friday and thought I'd share my experience. Firstly there is a friendly and covid-secure reception with minimal waiting time. The dentist, Michael, was extremely professional and gentle (I didn't even realize he had administered the anaesthetic until we were well into the procedure!) Excellent attention to detail - the filling itself feels like my tooth, not just a lump of amalgam. I would highly recommend this practice (I have never had a bad experience in my years here) particularly if you have an anxiety about visiting the dentist. It's relaxed, professional and painless. Ideal.

Excellent treatment
I attended my dentist today which I have been with since they have been with this practice. I had a front tooth filling needed replacement, my dentist handled it as usual very professional, the thing I find impressive with my dentist is the exceptional politeness and good manners which they have always had all the years I have been to them. Disappointed
Was disappointed to learn, only after payment of £199 and at the end of three visits, (one was extra due to the loss of the first impressions) that I have been fitted for an OVERNIGHT set of uncomfortable trays of whitener that I have to wear all night, or at the very least for a good number of hours. This was not made clear to me beforehand. I wear the full mouth trays on 6 occasions to get any whitening, and none on my crowns will change colour, and I have 4 in the front. I would like the return of my £199 as I cannot wear them as they are so uncomfortable. My original request was for information on veneers, not pay for whitener treatment as well, but was told I would need to whiten my teeth before I could have veneers. I would like to return the complete kit, unused, for my money back, please. Thank you.

Faultlessly polite and courteous
I have been a patient with this dentist for several years during which he has always been faultlessly polite and courteous. On this occasion my appointment for assessment of a broken tooth for which I received immediate temporary treatment and thorough examination to identify and avoid further problems and a clear explanation of the options available for a permanent solution. I was then given a further appointment for two days later for some preparatory work to enable a crown to be made and was able to make an appointment for the fitting. The first two appointments were both handled in a friendly but very professional and straightforward manner by the dentist. On the second appointment he reviewed with me the decision to crown the tooth, making sure it was still my preferred option. Due to the current health situation completion of the work has had to be postponed.

Dental appointment
Unfortunately this practice has gone down hill very quickly.
They have a temporary dentist at the moment who is great and very truthful.
It will be a shame when he moves on.
The reception area needs some work so people know what they are doing.
Due to this fact I have suffered months of grief.
Unfortunately no one in the area is taking on more patients else I myself would have also moved on.
