I was seen on time and met by a very pleasant dental nurse who escorted me to the surgery. I was seen and welcomed by the dentist who put me at ease and explained everything he was doing.

We have listened to our patients feedback and I am pleased to say we have recently implemented a new phone system at the practice which operates a new queuing system. This is able to update you on your place in the queue and will also give you the option of leaving a message for us to call you back, should you rather not wait.

Appointment ran a little late but a genuine apology was offered for that. Good advice re treatment. Offered an alternative treatment which I accepted. All round experience very satisfied.

Caring customer service
My crown came away from its housing, I left a message late evening as out of dental practice working hours. I was called back just after 9 am the next morning and my crown was fitted that evening.
Also given clear instructions on how to care for the fitting of the crown over that evening when eating and cleaning my teeth that night.
That's what I call excellent professional and caring customer service.

Great with the kids
We saw a different dentist who was very knowledgeable and great with the kids. One of my kids is being monitored for autism and struggles with the fact the dentist keeps changing she was in tears the day before, not because of going to the dentist but because she didn't know who it would be... We hope to stay with this dentist.

Restored my faith in dentists
Gabriel was great, I suffer really bad anxiety when it comes to dentist, and Gabriel has restored my faith in dentists. The treatment I had done by Gabrielle was painless and almost 85% stress free for me during my appointment. Gabriel is a fantastic dentist who has a lot of patience and compassion for his patients.
