I'm a nervous reck going to the dentist. The new lady dentist ( sorry didn't take her name) was amazing. Both the Dentist and Dentle nurse were caring and gentle. Both very understanding about my nerves, which has repaired my faith in dentists

Lovely dentist
Friendly helpful staff. Lovely dentist, his nurse was really nice as was the lady on reception. The dentist talked through some private work I would like done (I am normally NHS). It was very informative and from previous visits I consider Michael a top rate dentist who considers all options to get the best result for his patients.

My experience
The dental nurse was excellent and had picked up doing both her own role and that of receptionist in a difficult situation and busy period.
The hygienist informed me of everything she was going and why which put me at ease. She educated me on oral hygiene and went over the basics without assuming I had the knowledge.
The dentist was a bit odd. Didn’t introduce herself and told me she’d been working there for years when I was later told she had only started in September.
