Appointment cancelled by the practice and was not easy to contact to reschedule as no 'call waiting' system. However, everything else was very efficient and staff very polite and friendly.

Great dental hygienist
I am a slightly nervous dental patient and had avoided seeing a hygienist for years having heard many horror stories! Lucy is brilliant and explains everything she is doing, is gentle as possible and gave me good advice about how to improve on looking after my teeth.

Staff were all very welcoming. An enjoyable experience where I felt I was listened to and had a proper check up, rather than just rushed through. The dentist was very good with my daughter and gave good advice to her about a low sugar diet. It is important to me, that my children have a good experience at the dentist.

Old Market Dental Practice
I had a discomfort between my right back teeth. Possible enamel crack. This was coated with a lacquer by the Hygienist and great care exercised to remove any food trap. Assurance was given that the problem would be ok until my next dental check up in Feb. This was very reassuring.
